AdnanKayaProf. Dr. Adnan Kaya received M.Sc. degree in Electronic Communications Engineering from Süleyman Demirel University, in 1999; Ph.D. degree in Electrical Electronic Engineering from Dokuz Eylül University, in 2006. He is currently working in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Izmir Katip Celebi University as head of department. His research interests are PEMF/PRFE system design based on alternative RF signal generation techniques, emerging new generation wireless communication system technologies and dedicated wireless component design. He has completed one international   and several national  research projects as principal investigator in the field of  low power PEMF/PRFE system design for chronical wound healing applications, NiTi based modular dual band high gain MIMO WiFi metal antenna design for home appliances, SMA based antenna applicator design for metastatic breast cancer treatment and active antenna based low power transceiver design.  He is working as the head of Smart Factory Systems Research and Application Center at Izmir Katip Celebi University.

MPalandoken Prof. Dr. Merih Palandoken received the M.S. degree study in Microelectronics and Microsystems Engineering from the Technical University of Hamburg, Hamburg, Germany, in 2005 under DAAD scholarship and Ph.D. degree in Theoretical Electrical Engineering from Technical University of Berlin, Germany in 2012. He is currently working in the department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Izmir Katip Celebi University as vice head of department. His research interests are  analytical/numerical design and modeling of active/passive wireless components in the micro/millimeter wave frequencies especially in the field of RF energy harvesting systems, compact microwave absorbers, machine learning based smart RF component and IoT compatible sensor design, microwave probe design, electrically small bioimplantable antennas and RFID systems. He is working as the vice head of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Research and Application Center at Izmir Katip Celebi University.

  IrfanKaya Assoc. Prof. Dr. Irfan Kaya receieved M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Commonwealth University, in 2010; Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Kentucky, in 2014. He has been working as an associate professor in the department of Mechanical Engineering at Eskisehir Technical University. His research interests are composition- processing- microstructure-mechanical property relationships; high strength shape memory alloys; mechanical characterization of metals; laminated metal composites; phase transformations; active materials for actuators, sensors.

Res. Assist. Cem GOCEN received B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ankara University, Turkey, in 2016, and M.Sc degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Izmir Katip Celebi University, Turkey, in 2019. He is Ph.D. student in Izmir Katip Celebi University at Electrical and Electronics Engineering department. His research interests are analytical/numerical design and modeling of microwave components in the field of RF energy harvesting systems, absorbers, machine learning based antenna designs, IoT compatible sensors, RFID systems and multi band high gain MIMO systems. Also, he has been working as a Research Assistant at Izmir Katip Celebi University on electromagnetic fields and microwave technique.

Res. Assist. Ismail AKDAG received MSc degre in Electrical and Eletronics Engineering from Izmir Katip Celebi University, 2021. He is PhD student in Electrical and Electronics Engineering department at Izmir Katip Celebi University. His working area covers, RFID systems, machine learning based smart RF components, smart factory integrations, antenna design, and software development for RFID and IoT systems. Also Ismail Akdag has been working as a Research Assistant at Izmir Katip Celebi University since 2019.

CanerMuratRes. Assist. Caner Murat received BSc and MSc degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Izmir Katip Celebi University, Turkey, in 2017 and 2019. In master education, he completed his MSc thesis of “RF Prop Design with Microprocessor-Based Temperature Sensor for Microwave Ablation System Applications”. He is PhD student in Electrical and Electronics Engineering department at Izmir Katip Celebi University working on the project with the title of “NiTi Supported Microwave Ablation System Design for Cancer Applications”. He has been working on electromagnetic fields and microwave technique.
